Bumptop is a 3D physics enabled Desktop. I discovered it from a post by my friend over at TechMirage.com and had to throw it up on here. Everyone should give this a try in my opinion, it is very fun, and I believe most people would enjoy it way more than their normal boring desktops. Bumptop has a free and a not so free ‘Pro’ version that only costs $29. If you like the results of the free enough I am sure you wont mind indulging for the 30 bucks but it really just depends on if you think it is worth it.

Continue reading to see a video of the program, Min Reqs, Download, and also a list of what the differences are for the free and pay versions.

Minimum Requirements

A 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, with latest service packs

A Pentium 4/Celeron 1.8GHz or Athlon XP/Sempron 2200+ or desktop/mobile equivalent

Minimum 1GB system memory

15 MB available hard disk space.

Intel 915 integrated graphics or Nvidia GeForce 6200 or ATI X300 or better with updated drivers

OpenGL 2.0 driver support required (may require additional drivers available at bumptop.com/drivers)

Internet connection required for activation

In the Pro version these are the differences. I wouldn’t put out the money unless you were sure one of these features were worth it.
