Microsoft made this release and opened the downloads to anyone on slow and fast servers on the 5th of May, you can find the file here, which is around 2 gigabytes and can be burned onto a standard sized DVD. It’s special new feature is an XP Mode, so you can run a virtual copy of Windows XP SP3 pretty seamlessly. It isn’t without its glitches though, it is after all just RC1.
